My name is Geniva Maynard and I am the founder of NIVO Real Estate. 

A few years ago my brother asked me the question:
'If money were no object, what would you want to do?'The first thing that came to mind was buying homes, renovating them and reselling them. At a young age I looked over my mother's shoulders at all kinds of real estate programs.
Programs on renovations and real estate. That was the start of my passion for Real Estate.

A business in the Real Estate industry has been a dream that I have been able to realize.
In the famous words of John Lennon: 'You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one'.
I am currently active as a purchasing agent and help others realize their wishes and dreams.

The goal is to create a clear and realistic picture of the possibilities for all my clients and to do my utmost to realize all wishes during the purchase. My minimum effort is 100%.

My mission is to lower the threshold for both this generation and the next generation to start investing in real estate and/or to increase general knowledge. No unnecessary technical terms.  I distinguish myself with transparency, open and honest communication!
